ドイツのフランクさんからオーダーを頂きました＜Ｚ９００ ＲＣＭ-５５４
（最終回）です！
This order from Frank in Germany is Z900 RCM-554 (Final episode)!
わずか聞こえた異音の原因は、やはりクラッチが滑った事によるもの・・・
The reason for a bit of noise is that the clutch slipped…
点火時期を調整し 走行ペースが上がる事でシャシーダイナモ上では見えなかった
クラッチ滑りが発生しましたが、それだけ馬力が上がっていると言う事ですから
残念な現象ではありません。
By adjusting the ignition timing and increasing the running pace, clutch slippage that could not be checked on the chassis dynamometer occurred, but it is not a serious phenomenon because it means that the horsepower has increased that much.
クラッチスプリングに掛ける荷重を強くするスプリングリテーナーに交換しました。
これはＺレーサー３号機で何度も行った調整と同じです。
We replaced it with a spring retainer to increase the load applied to the clutch spring.
That’s the same adjustments of Z-Racer 3 as we had made many times before.
クラッチ滑りが解消し、テスト走行続行。
The problem of clutch slippage was solved and the test run continued.
マシンは快調！ ライダーも気持ち良さそうに乗っていますね ♪
The machine was in good condition! It looked like the rider was also feeling good♪
大型サーキットコースではないので高速コーナーがありませんが、ワインディング
ロードに近いコースレイアウトなので、むしろストリートをテスト走行させている
シチュエーションだと言えるでしょう。
It was not a major circuit course, so there was no high-speed corner, but it was close to the winding road, so it could be tested in situations where it was running on the street.
終わり間際に中村も乗ります！
Nakamura also rode on it just before the end!
当然、担当メカである湯浅も乗り！
Of course, Yuasa, the mechanic in charge, rode on it, too!
この日は午後から晴れ間も出て暑くなり、湯浅はかなり疲れた様子・・・ (^^;)
On this day, it became hot and sunny in the afternoon, and Yuasa looked quite tired… (^^;)
同行した郡メカも走る気満々・・・ (;^ ^A
Kohri mechanic who accompanied us was also full of desire to run… (;^ ^A
この郡は自分のバイクでも、ここトミンモーターランドをよく走っており、
気持ち良さそうに走ってました。
Kohri ran here in Tomin Motorland on his own motorcycle, and it looked like he was feeling good riding his motorcycle.
最後に恒例の工場長チェック、鈴木誠太郎に確認を行ってもらい合格！
Finally, the factory manager’s annual check. It was confirmed by Seitaro Suzuki and passed!

雨期真っただ中であるにも関わらず午後には晴れ間まで出て 本当に幸運でしたね ♪

You guys, thank you for your hard works! Despite the peak of the rainy season, we were very lucky to see the sun in the afternoon.
フランクさんのＲＣＭ-５５４は見た目の色使いもセンスが良く、エンジンもパワフル
かつ乗り易くて皆からの評判がとても良かったです！
本来であればもっと距離を乗り 念入りにテスト走行してからお渡ししているのですが
日本で登録が出来ない車両でしたので やれるだけの事をやりました。
明日もう一度シャシーダイナモでチェックをし、その後 木枠梱包業者の元へと運ばれ
晴れて輸出となります。
Frank’s RCM-554 looks good in color and has a good sense in color scheme, and the machine is powerful and easy to ride, so it had a good reputation from everyone!
Originally, we would take more miles and a more careful test run before handing over the car, but we couldn’t register it in Japan, so we did everything we could.
We will check it again with the chassis dynamometer tomorrow, and it will be transported to the wooden crate packing company for export publicly.

これにてＲＣＭ-５５４の製作記は終わりですので、少し寂しいですが今回が
お別れの最終回となります。
半年もの長い間、お付き合い頂きましてありがとうございました。
ここまで言葉の壁や解釈の違い、また私達の不注意から色々と間違いもあって
大変申し訳ございません。
今はまだ海外渡航しにくいご時世ですが、私がドイツに行く事がありましたら
その時は是非お会いしたいです！

Thank you for keeping us company for half a year.
We are so sorry that there have been so many mistakes due to language barriers, different interpretations, and our carelessness.
