From Germany!  RCM-554 Z900! (Part 1)

Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s headquarters.

 

 

昨年末に突然ドイツから国際が電話が入り、佐藤と吾希人が出来うる限りの英語で
何とか対応したと言うのをブログでもお知らせしたかと思いますが・・・

We have let you know that we suddenly received an international phone call from Germany at the end of last year, and somehow responded in poor English…

 

 

実はその後もＥメールでのやり取りは続いておりまして・・・

Actually we have kept in touch by email since then…

 

ヨーロッパ ドイツ在住のフランクさんからＲＣＭのオーダーを頂いたんです！

And finally we received an order of RCM from Frank who lives in Germany!

 

 

ドイツ国内レギュレーションの問題から ベース車はドイツにあった車両を持ち込み
して頂く事になりまして。

Because of the problem of regulations in Germany, we reached a conclusion that the base machine should be transported from Germany.

 

ベースとなるKawasaki Z９００のフレームが少し前に送られて来ました！

The frame of the base machine Kawasaki Z900 was delivered to us some time ago!

 

送られて来たフレームをレーザー測定する為、箱詰めし直して・・・

For the laser scanning of the frame, it was packed again…

 

日本国内でいつも頼んでいるフレームの測定＆修正専門業者に送る事に。

And shipped to the expert of scanning and repairing frames, whom we usually work with in Japan.

 

 

 

修正台に設置されたフレームはレーザー測定した結果、やはり各部に変形が
見られました。

The laser scanning of the frame put on the workbench revealed that various parts of it were indeed deformed.

 

エンジンがきちんとセンターに搭載されているかも測定し・・・

Whether the engine is certainly placed in the center is checked…

 

ストレッチで端正してフレームの精度はしっかり直っております。

And fine-tuned by stretching, and the rigidity of the frame is ensured.

 

 

 

こうしてつい先日 修正が終わったフレームが戻って参りました！

中村＆湯浅コンビで製作を担当する このＲＣＭ Ｚ９００のシリアルナンバーは
ＲＣＭ-５５４！
フランクさん！  もうあまり時間がないですが ６月完成目指して頑張りますので
暫くの間よろしくお願いしますね！

Then, the completed frame came back to us just a few days ago! The serial number of this Z900, produced by the combo of Nakamura and Yuasa, is RCM-554!
Frank! We do not have much time left but will do our best aiming to complete it in June. So we would appreciate your patience!
