ドイツのフランクさんからオーダーを頂きました、Ｚ９００ ＲＣＭ-５５４
（Ｐａｒｔ-３）です！
This order from Frank in Germany is Z900 RCM-554 (Part-3)!
エンジンはＫＺ１０００のものを使用する事になり、これは日本で用意をしました。
既に全分解されて洗浄と点検を終えています。
It has been decided that an engine for KZ1000 will be used, and this was prepared in Japan.
It has already been wholly disassembled, cleaned, and inspected.
暫くしてエンジンがガンコート塗装されて戻って来ました。
これらはこの後 精密内燃機加工へと移行しますが、相当時間がかかると思います。
After a while, the engine which has been gun-coat painted was returned to us.
After this, these will be shifted to a precise internal combustion engine processing process; but we think that it will take a quite a lot of time.
使用するピストンはフランクさんの国ドイツWossner社製で、NOBLESTパッケージ
７５㎜ハイコンプ仕様ピストン。
この５５４ではエンジンにも力を入れており、これよりピストンの加工も行います。
The pistons to be used are made by Wossner in Germany, Frank-san’s country, and are NOBLEST package 75mm high-comp. pistons.
Regarding this RCM-554, we are putting effort into the engine; and from now, we will process the main body of the pistons also.
そしてイタリアからホイールが到着・・・ ６本スポークのGASS RS‐Aですが・・・
Now, wheels have arrived from Italy … they are six-spoke GASS RS‐A; but …
何と特注で、ネロテクノ！
Wow, they are Nero Tecno that was specially made to order!
ネロはイタリア語で黒の意味。
ホイールに特殊ビーズを噴射して表層だけ叩いて鍛造するテクノショットピーニングを
施した 本来ラインナップにない物を特注したんです ♪
In Italian, Nero means “black.”
We ordered a product that is not originally listed in the lineup; that is, a product to which techno-shot peening was applied to forge in which special beans were spray-shot on the wheels hitting only the surface♪
やがてフレームも到着しました！
Shortly, the frame has also arrived!
ＲＣＭシリアルナンバーキーホルダーと 互いにつがいでワンセットになっている
ＲＣＭシリアルナンバープレートを取り付けます。
We attach a set of RCM serial number plate which is paired with a keyholder.
痛みが目立ったバッテリーケースも、ご覧の通りきれいに仕上がりましたよ ♪
As you see, the battery case that looked very much damaged has been beautifully finished♪
SCULPTURE製ステアリングブラケットを取り付けし OHLINS製フロントフォークを
固定しました。
We attached a steering bracket made by SCULPTURE, and fixed the OHLINS front suspension.
クラフトビーさんに頼んで 既に出来上がっていたリビルドメーターも組み立てます。
We also assemble the finished rebuilt meter that we requested to Craft Bee-san.
メーターパネルはフランクさんからリクエスト頂いていたご希望のデザインですね！
The design of the meter panel is an original design that Frank-san requested to us!
送られて来たこの画像は、フランクさんの庭に咲いた桜・・・
ドイツも春が訪れて これから良い陽気になって行くのでしょう ♪
