ドイツのフランクさんからオーダーを頂きました、Ｚ９００ ＲＣＭ-５５４
（Ｐａｒｔ-５）です！
This order from Frank in Germany is Z900 RCM-554 (Part-5)!
クランクは一度全分解し、全てのベアリングを新品に交換して組み直しました。
We have disassembled the crankshaft, replaced all the bearings with new ones, and reassembled it.
位相ずれも修正してフルリビルドしたこのクランクシャフトは、とても滑らかに
回る優れものです。
This rebuilt crankshaft, whose phase shift has been corrected, rotates very smoothly and works well!
オイルポンプは SANCTUARYオリジナル製品のトロコイドローター式ポンプに交換。
The oil pump has been replaced with AC-SANCTUARY’s original trochoidal rotor-type pump.
このオイルポンプは非常に高性能で、チューニングエンジンには必要不可欠な逸品です。
This oil pump provides very high performance and is an indispensable item for the tuned engine.
シリンダーの精密内燃機加工も仕上がって来ました！
The cylinder’s precision internal combustion machining is also coming to a close!
ピストンはフランクさんの国ドイツWossner社製で、高圧縮なNOBLEST社パッケージ。
The piston is made by Wossner in Germany, Frank-san’s country, and is in a highly compressed NOBLEST package!
シリンダースリーブにはパルホスM処理を施して、フリクションロスを低減化。
The cylinder sleeve is coated with a special surface treatment, Palphos M, to reduce frictional resistance.
シリンダーヘッドの精密内燃機加工が まだ仕上がらない為、ここで車体の作業を
進めておく事に・・・
As the precision internal combustion machining of the cylinder head is not yet finished, we are going to proceed with the body work at this point…
リアフェンダーレスとナンバープレートステーパーツは、このＲＣＭ-５５４専用で
単品製作しました。
We have made the rear fender and license plate mounting parts exclusively for RCM-554.
日本とドイツのナンバープレート どちらも取り付けられるもので、角度や位置を
調整できる構造にしてあります。
Both the Japanese and the German license plate can be mounted, and the angle and position of the plate can be adjusted.
フランクさんからリクエスト頂いたリチウムイオンバッテリーを搭載。
The lithium-ion battery has been installed as requested by Frank-san.
このＲＣＭー５５４では電気系統もスペシャルコースな為、時間が掛かってます。
This RCM-554 requires much time to tune the electrical system as a special course.
ツインプラグ仕様のイグニッションコイルを２つ追加で増設。取り付ける為の
専用ブラケットは単品製作しました。
Two twin plug ignition coils have been added. We have made the brackets exclusively for the installation.
間もなくヘッドが出来上がるので、それまでに車体を完成させておきたい所・・・
The cylinder head will be ready soon, so hopefully, we’ll have the body completed by then…

次回はエンジンをフレームに搭載して、ひとまず車両が完成すると思います！
車両が完成してもエンジンの最初の慣らしや キャブレターのセッティング、そして
コースでのテスト走行と まだまだ作業は沢山ありますが、何とか頑張りますね～！

In the next update, the bike will be almost complete with the engine being mounted on the frame!
We will still have a lot of work to do even after the bike is finished, for example, breaking in the engine, setting up the carburetor, and test driving on the short course, but we will do our best!
